Mr. Mak holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Management from University of London and a Bachelor degree of Economics from University of California, San Diego. Mr. Mak possesses over 20 years’ experience in Private Equity, family office, investment and corporate management. He has taken various senior management positions at Kidbot Technology Holdings Inc., Wisefield Consulting Group Ltd and Nan Hai Corp.

Mr. Mak can communicate effectively with senior management across regions and cultures. He also has the top-rated experience in setting up new operations and joint ventures through business expansions and the establishing of marketing channels.

Mr. Percy Pak Hin Chan

Mr. Chan has more than 20 years of experience in investment, including equities and real estate investments.

Mr. Chan has been actively involved in real estate development planning, construction, operations and management since 2018. He launched the “Brainwin Japan Hospitality Property Fund” series in 2019 and 2020, in which the projects were carried out in Osaka, Japan.

He has participated in the development and construction of multiple real estate projects in Tokyo and Osaka, and is the senior member of the investment department of two developers, Snow Park Resort and Japan Sunshin.

Mr. Chan held various positions in HSBC Investment Bank (Asia), Citigroup (Hong Kong) and Amudi Pioneer Asset Management. Mr. Chen established the research department at Standard Chartered China and was the head of the research department and investment advisory department. He developped the global asset allocation models for clients in China. He was GM of the Wealth Management Department of Bank of East Asia China, responsible for research, investment and products, private banking, etc.

Mr Chan has an MBA in finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the California State University

Chi-Lin TSAI

Mr. Tsai holds a master’s degree in Financial Banking Management from the National Taiwan University, an IEMBA degree in International Finance from the National Taipei University.

He has extensive and diverse practical experience in wealth management, retail and private banking, trust business development, risk control and compliance as well as securities and insurance in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. His thirty years of exposure in the financial industry includes being COO at Panhe Family Office in China, Vice President and Head of Business Control and Risk Management at DBS Bank (Taiwan), Vice President and Head of Business Control and Development at ANZ Bank (Taiwan), Vice President and Head of Branch Operation Management at RBS Bank (Taiwan), Vice President and Head of Business Unit (Compliance and Risk Management) at HSBC (Taiwan), Branch Manager and Distribution Manager at HSBC (Taiwan), Vice President at Merrill Lynch Securities (Taiwan) and Citigold Manager at Citibank (Taiwan).

He has been appointed as the Member of the Training and Administration Committee of the Trust Association of Taiwan responsible for conducting trust related training programs for its members.

Dr. Victor HUI

Dr Hui holds dual doctorates from the Victoria University Switzerland and EU Business School (Netherlands).

Dr Hui possesses more than 10 years’ experience in international investment banking investment, financing, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, encompassing various industries including smart mobility technology, high-quality manufacturing entities, healthcare, catering and retail, industrial parks, supply chains, agriculture, cultural tourism and senior care. He also serves as CEO of Hong Kong Sage United, Chairman of China Hong Kong Economic Trading International Association, Chief of The Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol, Member of Lion Clubs of Hong Kong, Council member of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, Committee member of Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (ACFROC), Committee member of ACFROC Guangdong Province, Standing Committee member of Youth Committee of ACFROC Guangdong Province and a special guest of Harbin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Kwok Chun Ricky LAU

Mr. Lau holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Data Science from Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), a Bachelor Degree (BSc Hon.) in Scientific Computation from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), as Certified Financial Technologist (CFT) from the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA) and holds a Certificate in “MIT Fintech: Future Commerce” from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He has extensive exposure in financial industries for 20 years, including securities companies, banking industry, other financial institutions and investment companies; and has actively involved in AI, fintech and data business management. He was employed as VP in JETCO, responsible for fintech and data business development; as Senior Data Scientist in CLP Group, responsible for AI development and investment assessment in power industry and as AVP in DBS bank, responsible for risk management, etc.

For the entrepreneurship, he co-founded Argonium Capital Limited, a crypto i-bank in Singapore in 2018. In 2021, he also co-founded ApexCarbon Limited, a flagship company for carbon neutrality investment.

He also actively participates in charity and non-profit organizations, he is currently Director of “Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao Greater Bay Area Foundation” and also Director of Hong Kong Association of Energy Service Companies (HAESCO).

Hin Jo TONG

Mr. Tong holds a master’s degree in business administration in the University of Sunderland and is currently an Executive Director of Minerva Group (HKEX.397), a listed financial company in Hong Kong, and as Director and Responsible Officer of Minerva Holding Financial Securities Limited and Minerva Asset Global Investment Capital Limited.

Previously, he served in a number of financial institutions, including: Responsible Officer and Chief Investment Officer of YONXI Securities Co., Ltd.; Responsible Officer and Chief Investment Officer of QMIS Securities Co., Ltd. and QMIS Asset Management Ltd.; Responsible Officer and Chief Investment Officer of VMI Securities Co., Ltd.; Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of Emperor Financial Group and other important positions.

Mr. Tong has served in the financial industry for more than 20 years. As a senior financial practitioner, Mr. Tong has experience in securities, debt and equity capital markets, investment management, market development, private equity, internal control, compliance and risk management experience, etc.

Des Ying Wai LAU

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, he has deep knowledge and extensive experience in areas such as real estate development and investment management. Apart from having been a director at Royal Alliance Property Limited, he is currently serving as a member of the executive committees of several professional organizations, including the International Certified Financial Consultant Association (ICFCA) and HK InnoVision.

He provides trainings to the company’s sales team and works closely with partners in the Greater China region by utilizing his expertise and experience. His professional guidance and strategic planning have made significant contributions to the company’s market competitiveness and business growth.
